All bets on BetCasino are placed with real money. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless BetCasino expressly approves it under exceptional circumstances.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on it will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BetCasino reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of predetermined outcomes (match fixing) is strictly prohibited.

All outcomes in slots and casino games are governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

BetCasino supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment methods are not accepted.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum daily deposit is ৳5,00,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
• Where possible, use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Every user is responsible for using BetCasino's services honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform through any technical means.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in opening an account.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.

• Any balance remaining in your wallet at the time of voluntary account closure will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
• A self-exclusion request allows you to temporarily suspend your account for 30, 60, or 180 days.
• In the case of permanent self-exclusion, any future attempt to open a new account will be blocked.

• BetCasino is not liable for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• No compensation will be provided for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
• BetCasino is not directly liable for faults caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• BetCasino will not be liable for any loss resulting from a password breach caused by the user's own negligence.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact our customer support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• The deadline for submitting a complaint is 30 days from the date of the incident.
• Complaints must include your account ID, the date of the incident, and a detailed description.
• If you are dissatisfied with a decision made by BetCasino, you may refer the matter to a third-party mediator.
• Funds related to an ongoing dispute may be temporarily placed on hold.

BetCasino reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Advance notice of significant changes will be sent to your registered email address or via SMS.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
